 I bought a Gopro Hero 7 (which does some cool things) for my UK job and took it to France on my recent long weekend back home where I filmed the first 24h of my trip with the wrong settings which have created these slightly strange images which appear as a digitally augmented reality, clearly visible in the above shot. As a film maker these kind of things probably bother me far more than they bother you! Regardless, I want to show you anyway... The kids were super excited because it was actually their bed time.  They wanted to show me their garden before they slept and I wanted to see it, so we changed the rules that night. Built complete with little bridges for the kids.  #### June  Getting bigger...  ## Today (back to augmented reality)  Eggplant  Tomatoes & sweetcorn  Watermelon  Cucumber  Love how everyone was busy doing their own thing.  Luna enjoyed eating the tomatoes on the way home.  While Esteban preferred the cucumber.  They both fell asleep fast that night, no story required. And the next day we enjoyed fresh veg from our own garden, which was truly a special feeling.  This is the first year of many to come and I am so impressed with how Sabrina has done all of this on her own, motivated purely by my wild rantings about the coming of the Grand Solar Minimum. I have always felt strongly that Sabrina was a warrior in a previous life and has an incredible amount of inner strength & wisdom to call upon when she needs it. I looked for figs and pomagranades...they surely grow in that area? A suggestion. Buy one granadilla fruit. Dry out the seeds and plant them. They can grow over fences and up walls and a mature granadilla plant can give hundreds of fruit. Easy to grow, but must have two or more for them to pollinate. The flower is also lovely (looks like an alien flower) - from your great fruit eater friend :) https://www.farmersweekly.co.za/farm-basics/how-to-crop/an-easy-guide-to-growing-granadillas/ comment: seasons here are opposite yours and, they mention 3 years but I've had my granadilla for over 6 years. I think they can last for a very long time, without you bothering to create a trellis (that is for pro farming). You will be amazed at the number of ways you can use granadillas - in fruit salads, cakes, puddings, cold drinks and so on. Healthier than an orange.

There are plenty of figs growing wild around here which no one eats but us & the animals. Pomegranates I've not seen but I am sure must be around here somewhere. I had to look up granadilla fruit. Am accustomed to calling it passion fruit. Plenty of that growing wild around here. Again, no one eats it. They prefer to go to the shops! At this time of year one can survive so easily off the wild. One of the questions which keeps coming up for me is how best to store fruit for the winter? Do you happen to have any info on this? Perhaps it is somewhere in your list of documents you gave me?
