>Fast forward to December 2015 it was a massive failure. Why?
I screwed up. How did I screw up?

You didn't shut down the business when it was clear that you are not getting the funding you are after. That might been somewhere around October/November 2014 because then you were selling Banx Shares illegally in C-CEX. Remember, it was against the rules to sell shares for the public. But you had to do it because you were not getting any funding from anywhere else.

You kept going on and finally closed down the business in April 2016. That's quite long time to run a business that is failing. All that time you were telling everybody that business was going well, it was just a little bit behind what was originally planned. We know now that it was bullshit. You didn't have any real business in any point of time.

>I set out to raise $1 mill. I soon realised that wasn't going to be enough so doubled the Banx available, increased the holding of everyone by 100% so no one was effected.

Market cap was effected and that was the whole point. You needed to fake it to look bigger so you could deceive potential investors to think you had a real business.

>Intention is everything. It was never my intention for this to fail and it certainly was NEVER set up to scam or hurt anyone.

If somebody just has time to read all the things I have read, they can easily see this is bullshit. You have been lying at least from October 2014 when you were selling shares in C-CEX.

>The bottom line is that despite the ambitious plans Banx only managed to raise just short of $500,000. Despite what people think $500,000 is bootstrapping a business like I planned over an 18 month period. Chasing the investment to keep going was a major downfall of mine. Like i said I am the first to admit my mistakes.

You are the last to admit your mistakes. Your plan was failure probably from the beginning and you didn't admit it until April 2016.

You should publish all the relevant accounting information that would show what really happened.

>I have a few people making claims I have received way more than this. This is simply not the case.

Maybe because you tried to lie everybody how successful the business was? Maybe because you faked volume and price in your exchange to deceive everybody to think you were selling lots of Banx Shares?

Again, you can prove this by publishing all the relevant accounting information.

>It's easy to call people a scammer when you don't know the full facts.

Then publish all the facts so we can know you are not a scammer.

>So what can I be accused of? Fucking up a tech startup in a very difficult time when the main element of the company was a declining Bitcoin price.

No. You are accused of lying to your investors and spending their money even when it's been very clear that your business will fail. And why the bitcoin price was a factor here? You have claimed you took almost all investments in dollars, not in bitcoins.

>I do however ever have a high moral code that I still too and that included being honest, open and never intentionally screwing anyone over.

Maybe try acting morally sometimes? No matter how many times you claim to act morally, it doesn't still change the fact that you clearly have been lying and deceiving people.

>I don't write this for sympathy I write this to be open and honest.

Then open up the accounting books. That's the way to be open and honest.

>Scammers don't publish their home addresses
Scammers don't invite people to join them in their offices
Scammers don't use their names when trying to continue to turn things around

Sometimes they do. They just keep on denying the facts even when the facts are laid out everybody to see. It's rare but it happens. These kind of scammers are good at manipulating people.

>To confirm Michael Taggart has never been a part of Banx other than helping me to market it when it was going well.

Then why Banx and Taggart clearly had a businesspartnership that you marketed as something that will bring profits for Banx shareholders? That was in November 2015 when it was totally clear that Banx was a failure. That sounds like he was doing a lot more than just gave some marketing advice.

>So that is the real story. There you have it. I have posted many times on this before, shot many videos about it and answered many questions in the past.

Nope, you are still avoiding to answer all the relevant questions, like:
- Did you act against the law when you publicly sold Banx Shares in C-CEX and alcurEX?
- Why did you manipulate price, volume and market cap of Banx Shares?
- Why didn't you tell your investors that business was a failure until there wasn't anything left to return to them? Or did you actually spend every penny so there really is nothing left to return?

We can know the real story only if you publish the accounting books of all Banx companies. Why won't you do it?

>I am looking to show and prove that I can provide a value and make up for my mistakes and screw ups by learning from them and helping others learn from them as well.

How do you learn from mistakes that you don't admit doing? Like that you lied for a long time to your investors and potential investors? So far you have shown zero remorse for your highly unethical behavior.
