YES. MOSQUITO IS THE ANSWER!
These little blood sucking insects, what are they good for?
Now let's think Malaria, Dangue fever, Ross river, Yellow fever, Murry valley, Zika virus, West nile, chikungunya and Japenese encephalitis just to mention a few.
Mosquitos are responsible for millions of deaths around the world every year. These blood sucking insects have the potential to wipe out half the population given the right circumstances.
There are many preventions we can take to protect ourselves, but not all have these preventions at their desposal.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
In the last couple of years since the Zika virus outbreak.
Some Australian scientists have come up with a revolutionary program of infecting mosquitos in a lab with a gene that allows them to be released into the wild. When they mix with other mosquitos they neutralize those that are infected.
It was tested in Brazil with the outbreak before the Olympics and is still working today.
All around the world it is being deployed to fight against these deadly viruses.
So then what are mosquitoes good for. There is still so much we dont know about them, but scientists firmly beleive that they play an integral part in the food chain and many living organisms rely on them, they are a crucial food source.

Have you ever heard a dead mosquito is a good mosquito!
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I think scientists still dont know what these little creatures pass on. After all there staple diet is blood from all types of animals healthy and SICK. As we disturb nature and put more preasure on our environments through urban sprawl, logging and the collapsing of eco systems through rescource exploration and destruction, ballance is comprimised.
Whole biodiversity's are disappearing.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
It means unless we learn how to live in harmony with our earth and look after it, then we are our own worst enemy not the mosquito. The mosquito and what it transmits lyes on our shoulders, it is a product of us.
ANY INSECT IS A GOOD INSECT, WE JUST NEED TO LEARN HOW TO LIVE WITH THEM.
