It is important to keep in mind that the current times are emerging for education, that is to say, circumstantial changes are required in education, but they should not alter the proper functioning of the cognitive base structure of our students, especially when it comes to learning and educating them.

These changes involve a responsibility on the part of the teacher, since it requires a commitment to ensure that the changes in education can be managed responsibly and generate opportunities to provide quality education, the new educational changes should allow the insertion of modern man to the educational dynamism of the present. It is in this area where information and communication technologies play a fundamental role for educational development to the point of thinking that they should be incorporated at all levels and educational models worldwide.

These times of pandemic education worldwide has demanded an education with a new paradigm shift, the use of ICT has shown that current education can be seen creditably as a triumph, where it has not had to be completely paralyzed thanks to a distance education model where students learn from home, always with the guidance of the teacher and with the technological application always at the forefront.

All that has been said leads us to the conclusion that the use and application of ICT in education has been influential for the first calls towards a new paradigm shift, if all the parties involved in this new emerging scenario are reconciled, we must take into account that it is necessary to have a training process for teachers so that there is a total mastery of technology for the proper use in the teaching-learning process. 

It is necessary to rethink critical and innovative thinking, where all the elements that can influence a series of constant changes enter the scenario, where society can be inclusive, carrying its own rhythm in this possible educational paradigm and where new incorporations can be made in educational dynamics in which there really is an educational transformation in the man of the present and of tomorrow. 

It would be wrong to think that education can become an influential part of the rhythm that the current society can take, since there are different factors that can be influential in the destiny of a society, however a new inclusive paradigm and with technological contributions in which teachers have a partial or absolute domain of this new scenario can generate new approaches and become the best option in which the educable subject is transformed into an integral citizen regardless of the impossibilities on the way, But at the same time, this new citizen can be a transforming agent before the challenges that emerge in the current context where individuals are demanded to change the conception of the traditional educational models towards an inclusive model that generates a new global village.

At present there is a generalized global situation caused by Covid-19, where the educator is in a scenario that demands a teacher who is constantly renewing his ideas of how to teach in a virtual environment at a distance, so it is necessary for a teacher to rethink his teaching in these critical times.

The conclusion is that having to educate in emerging times requires the need for a paradigm shift, of course it is necessary to keep in mind that the education of the present has to be rethought to know how to use each piece of the educational environment and thus be able to handle the change under a new scenario in which new ideas that unite the dispersed educational system with the great set family-school-society are grouped, in this way you can add new educational experiences that are creative and innovative to generate the motivation to learn by doing and changing towards a better educational environment.
