<strong><span>Step 1</span></strong><span>  . First, paint the rolls of toilet paper in the colors that you like the most.

<strong><span>Step 2</span></strong><span>  . Then, glue a cardboard base using hot silicone.

<strong><span>Step 3</span></strong><span>  . Cut foamy strips the way you like and stick them on the top edges of the 
cardboard rolls.

Great cardboard organizer, Sara!  But wow is steemit ever dead.  All the support systems and votes from whales and only a 3 dollar post! Too bad most of the whales raped the pool for over 200 million dollars. =/
