Are you preparing your soul for the day of Rapture?
Is Heaven or Hell a reality for you or just an illusion?
In 1976, Mohammed Ali visited the city of London on a Boxing tour. At one of the town hall meetings he was invited to speak at, a 12 year old boy asked him this question....
Champ.... what are you going to do when you finally retire from Boxing? He pretended to snoring as though he was sleeping for a few minutes and said this.
"I'm getting ready to meet God" His answer stunned everyone in the room. Because the question was not about God or religion or spirituality. The question was about sports.
He should be saying things like I will be building boxing gyms and promoting boxing around the world. right??
He went further to explain himself, let me tell you something guys, how many of you believe there's a God... how many of you believe that you will live forever on this earth?
A few people in the audience raised their hands to show they don't believe in God.
He pointed to one woman among them and asked... ma'am do you believe in technology?
I bet yes you do. Yes before the technology of TV game, did you believe somebody can be doing something thousand miles away from London, yet you can sit at the comfort of your home and watch the person without traveling to where the person is to see it.
Yes I believe. The woman said. If you do believe in the wonders of technology, why don't you believe in the existence of heaven and hell?
God says we will spend eternity in heaven or hell. let me describe for folks what eternity is. Say for instance, God has placed you alone in the Sahara Dessert to take out every sand from the desert until the whole dessert is empty. how long are you going to take just to clear all the sand from the desert. The woman said Forever.

This world is just a temporary shelter for us. I can die today for example, and wake up a few months later, if I should go to my house that same day, I bet I would see my wife remarried to another man. My children will be calling another man, daddy. They would flee from me should they see me alive again. This world is temporary and so is everything in it that is given to us.
If I should light my cigarette lighter between my two hands, it will burn my hands so badly. The pain I will feel can never be compared to what I will feel in eternity in hell. Likewise if I should go to a beautiful beach or a peaceful island, I will call the experience I will get there as heaven on Earth right?? why?? because of its beauty or peaceful environment.
We have a decision to make someday folks.
That's all I've got to say to y'all.
Listening to that audio got my mind wondering what do I have to do to prepare myself to meet God? What??
Then I remembered a righteous life, then I remembered also my job and my service and dedication to write to inspire you every morning.
if I do all well and live a righteous life acceptable unto God, then I can meet him someday.
I am not a perfect man, neither am I a righteous man, but I will do all I have to do to get ready to meet God. So, I am accountable to do this writing job right, I am accountable to teach my students the right things that will help them improve their English all the time.
Because I will answer for the knowledge, skills and talents he has given me here on earth someday.
I don't know when that will be and I believe you don't know either. But that day will come.
So, what about you, my dear readers, what are you accountable for?
Ask yourselves.... am I doing it the right away which is acceptable unto God or I just don't care at all.
I love making money, honestly I love it. I'm madly ambitious that way but one day all my money will mean nothing. What will count is what I did here on earth with all that I had.
I believe that something is called Impact.
I'm not writing this piece to scare you or anybody. But I just want you and me to have a sober, calm reflection of this message to help us think and reflect on many things in life on a much deeper levels.
Mohammed Ali could have talked all about his boxing ambition and plans after retirement.
But why did he deviate to talk about a sensitive subject like this? Why??
Hope you and I can reflect wisely on life from this day forward.
