More than what you just said (about the media controlling  people's minds).... bitcoin price has people memorized without looking back 3 months. Everyone chases BTC short-term and losing their heads over it.  I keep seeing this happen every 3 months and I feel alone in it.

just found your post.  I have notice the growing interest has gone mainstream in discussion and general non-deniability , but I think we are still ways away from mainstream adoption, usage, and global acceptance.

Which will be a number of years followed by eventual global dominance. Where Crypto > Any Fiat (Think 100+ Trillion)

yep my mom bought bitcoin this last week at $11k and she feels like a big baller with her .025 BTC watching the tide rise as it goes. She has the bug and wants more coins lol. Wonder how many other mom's are getting some bitcoin for a stocking stuffer this year at Xmas.

It's definitely "going mainstream." I had a personal experience the other day, here in my shop... which is just a small art gallery/gift shop in a small town... a conversation struck up between 4 fairly random people; myself, my neighbor and two separate customers who had walked in... and ALL FOUR not only knew what Bitcoin was, but also the basics of how cryptos and decentralize money *work.* That would NOT have happened, even a couple of years ago!
