Hello Steem world,


Today is sunday and by 5am, i was up from bed. Usually, every sunday, i try as much as i can to wake up before 6am so i can do some house chores before going to church. When i got up from bed, i did my regular morning routines by fast of all making up my bed,  morning meditation for some time after which i made sure the dress i have to put on today is in tack. After that being done, i stepped out of my room and went to my fathers pig farm and kept it clean. I took about 30 minutes just sweeping it after i went and fetched some water from out local well with the help of my elder brother which we used in feeding the pigs and as well keeping some at home for general usage. After i was done, i had my bath, dressed up in a white shirt and black trouser, had my breakfast and took off for church.

Today, the music band which i am part of was invited for a concert today and so since i am the sax man in the band, i had to take my saxophone along with me rather than coming back for it after church. White and black trouser was our dressing code.

Church service started by 9:30am with a moment of intercession, followed by an opening prayers after which with a powerful moment of praise and worship lead by the choir leader of the church. Before the praise and worship, the person who usually plays the keyboard in church was not around so we had to call or look for another person  immediately that morning. After doing some calls, one of my friends accepted to come but was charging high and i had no choice at that moment, so i accepted his price.

He played the keyboard while i was playing the bass guitar. I am not good with the guitar but i am trying my best.

By 1pm, we were still in church and the program our music band was invited too had to also start by that same time and of course i cant leave the church when its not yet closing as i had to take money from the church secretary at the end of the service and give it to the pianist i called. Finally by 2pm, we closed, i paid the guy and hurriedly took another taxi just outside the church and went for the program. 

I got there by 2:30pm, 1:30minutes late and the hall was already full. Tracing the members of our band was another problem but thank God when i finally located where they were sitting, and try finding out from my friend if they had already ministered the songs we rehearsed, he said no.

So basically, this program was organized by a choir called "The Flames" and they invited other music band or teams to come worship God with them and our music team was part. Since many band/team were invited, the maximum minutes a choir has on the stage was 15minutes. We went and did our own ministration and i think we were the second to the last music team to mount the stage. By the time we were done by 5pm, i stayed again for about 20minutes after which i took permission from our leader to go home.

I left the place, took a bike back home and called it a day.
