It is able to help us relax and recharge our selves. Such videos are necessary to rejuvenate the soul, especially during these difficult times. Needless to say, the outspread of the COVID virus is not being contained because people are not accustomed to being locked up for several months and also because of the economic factor. It is easy for the people who have money and resources to stay put but think of people living in one-room apartments with scarcely any money and groceries. They will be forced to leave their rooms and search for jobs and food. Life, in general, is facing a threat from one single virus which can wipe out the population. Some call this a balancing act by nature and even quote Thanos from the movie 'Avengers'. In my honest opinion, this is a wake-up call by a force that we may or may not recognize. It is time, we stopped polluting the air, water, and land. It is time, people spend money, time, and resources in enriching the land instead of destroying it. It is time, we stopped the oil spills and the factory farms. It is time, we stood for a moment and decide to stop buying fast food that not only destroys the health but discourages quick money from factory farming. Let us become organic and encourage organic farming.  Grow your own vegetables and fruits if you have the land. If you do not, please buy produce from local farmers who will benefit from it.  It is time, we stopped being dazzled by the disco lights and wonders of the amusement parks and the like. It is time to stay in our place and start to revive nature and grow old graciously. images - own
