The truth is, I am not sure what to do with freedom. Others don’t have the same priorities. Others have commitments and relationships that matter more to them than sipping champagne on a terrace in Southern France for the rest of their lives. And I need the others. Who would I take with me on the journey to total freedom?

Excellent commentry mate ! The problem is they like to stick themselves into a little box, label themselves and think their way is better simply because their high IQ. At the end of the day, all they want is money and the latest iPhone like the vast majority of the world does. I see very little in the way of empathy or compassion in the Anarchist world, just a load of egos and selfishness, in a minority who simply want to replace one form of governance with their form of governance. And don't get me started on the anarcho-capitalists.....
Glad that there are people , especially on this medium who will happily say what they genuinely think, even if it goes against the 'popular' opinion here. Cheers :-)

We humans just can’t cope with absolute freedom. We need someone or something to blame if they aren’t going the way we like!
We all think that we could do it better. But we would make just others mistakes than the ones which are deciding for us at the moment!

Balance, always balance. Pure ideology is always a well intentioned disaster.

Yeah it's like I want some freedom but I also want some structure and and place where I understand what behavior is accepted and rewarded and how not to piss people off, I think a totally free society could end up being really annoying in some ways.

Whys sure i want free, who doesn't? I think it is among the sweetest point that one can reach as an individual of as a group. But who was it that said "freedom is man's worst greatest enemy" thank you for such a beautiful post.

Freedom comes with responsibilities. Your freedom must respect others freedom. Freedom may overlap but it is not absolute.

What many call absolute freedom is chaos, and man cannot afford that.

Correct, these subjects can not deal with reality, mainly because they decide not to see it. They have created a world of fantasies in which we are all really equal, not before the law, equal in every way. If they achieve their goal of coming to power, they will be struck head-on against the wall of reality. But I do not think they'll ever do it, they're just a bunch of stupid kids shouting empty slogans, they're too weak to really represent a problem.

I am a liberal and think is the best by removing some of the feedom  to and help all people in a society, but is not perfect at all. but it is better an alternative

Every revolution carries a bloodbath of  a horde of innocent lives and usually the new system isnt that far off the old one just different people in power, even if more just at first power corrupts so 20 years down the lane, you are in the same spot with different pigs at the feeder.
My views are a pig well fed might actually leave a bit in the feeder for others might actually do something other than stuff its face to the contrary of a starving pig who just now secured its place at the feeder.
And thats why.
