# What is school of minnows?

School of minnows is a group support system that uses group dynamics to speed up account growth.

# What if I'm not a minnow?

You receive votes to refund all your votes, and share in the group profit, so you can safely have more power and still enjoy school of minnows. You aslo earn more than delegating your power to paid upvote services.

# How does it work? 

The system casts one vote on you behalf every time your voting power is 100% charged and cannot charge more, recycling wasted voting power. It will remember those votes and make sure that other members vote for you until your are refunded for it, making sure nobody gets an unfair deal, and distributing the profits evenly amongst the users.# Anything else?

You get resteemed at @schoolofminnows, and posts will get checked and reviewed/featured if our curators like them, also we encourage you to check the resteems at @schoolofminnows, review some and make friends with the authors, there are some really cool people in the group and they deserve some props and more friends on STEEM. You'll get promoted at #post-promotion at the rabbit hole discord 
# Do you blacklist/ignore posts?

Dmania and Zappl posts are featured in our freedomFirst discord and not enlisted for automatic voting. We still track organic votes on those posts. We ignore posts that aren't in english. We do not track posts that are reported by cheetah or steemcleaners unless we manually add them.

# What about security?

Steemconnect handles the secure use of your voting capacity. There is a link that enrolls you, and you can revoke access without our help using steemconnect's dashboard.
