I would like to thank @NamasteThis once again for introducing me to *Golden Paste*.  The recipe I followed in this recipe was found here:

I have been taking a spoon of it in warmed milk with honey, I tried it in an eggplant sandwich and on it's own.

It wasn't quite as good as I expected it to be, all alone... it's a little bit like turmeric flavored chalk!

Haha thanks!!!  I just tried uploading to dtube again today with no luck... 😣.  It was fun, I made it pretty quickly too, a couple hours in morning, but than I got a little OCD on it when I got home with subtitles dropping with the beat, well until I realized I had been doing it till diner!!!  

The Sbi is perfectly fine by me, thank you @riverflows.

Oh no that's so funny but, I often do that. That's why yesterday with my soup recipe I thought I'll just knock it over really quick and not worry about it because no-one watch is it anyway lol. Now I see it there and I'm kind of annoyed as I know there are massive faults with it haha. Nevermind you actually get quicker at using your chosen program. What app did you use in the end?

Great video @senorcoconut id never heard of golden paste sounds interesting and one to add to my list to investigate further. Thanks for sharing and itd be good to hear how you get on with it, i often experience bouts of tendinitis in my elbow if i exercise hard anything to aid recovery would be welcome
