당뇨가 왜 생기는지 아시나요?

췌장에서 인슐린을 분비시켜야하는데 췌장이 않좋으면 인슐린을 분비을 잘하지못해서 혈당조절을 못하는이유로 당뇨가온다네요. 
그래서 주의분이 그러시더군요. 마을 먹어보라고 마는 마에 들어있는 성분들이
인슐린의 분비를 촉진시켜주고 혈당조절을 해주는 역할을 하여
당뇨를 치료하거나 예방하는데 도움이된다고 합니다.
요즘 주의에 당뇨병의심 환자가 많더군요.

마가 당뇨에 좋군요 
돼지감자도 좋다고 들었는데 당뇨는 많이 먹는것보다 적당히 먹고 항상 조절하는게 더 중요한것 같아요
