However, without it anywhere, as video resources are now really one of the most effective ways to convey the advertising position to their customers. 

However, many advertising companies are experiencing enormous difficulties in choosing the "vlogger", which will serve as a guide to the masses of the population. That is, it is difficult for them to find someone who would meet their requirements, as well as qualitatively and responsibly fulfill the conditions of cooperation. Often, vloggers are unable to provide any specific statistics of their channels or other analytical data regarding its audience, which in turn leads to confusion of the advertising agencies themselves. At the same time, no one can establish any specific cost of the services provided, so at the moment there is a certain anarchy, who as much as he wanted, he appointed such a price. And in what parameters it is considered no one knows.

The unique decentralized platform, which will contribute to the best development of all the vlogger industry, as well as equip it with all the necessary tools, intends to solve these problems.

If we talk about the project itself, it is called – ***AQER***. *AQER* is a new decentralized entertainment market, where bloggers (vloggers) and their potential advertisers (brands) met within a single ecosystem.

The platform itself implies a reliable and transparent relationship, where everyone gets exactly what he expects. What's the meaning of that? This means that content creators will finally be objectively evaluated by various rating systems and other measuring and analytical indicators, according to which brands will be able to determine the most suitable candidate in order to broadcast their advertising video to the masses. At the same time, all participants will be bound by all the necessary smart contracts, which will prescribe not only the terms of cooperation, but also the final cost of all services. This format will not only improve the quality of the entire video content industry, but also to appreciate the most worthy and the best of its representatives.

# Advantages and features

As I said, *AQER* will offer its own system of ranking content creators, forming them by one or another category, defining them by the group ratings offered in the system. There will be 4 levels of evaluation, which will include such indicators as: the number of views, the number of subscribers and other interactions with its target audience. Complement the same list of levels will be two premium levels: gold and platinum. Which will be maximum in the *AQER* system. Naturally, everything in *AQER* will work proportionally, the higher your rating, the more you get for advertising. This position will naturally encourage content creators to create even better material, as well as serve as a healthy competition for all participants of video content.

# The details of the ICO

The connecting fuel between bloggers and advertisers will be the internal token of the system – *AQER*. The token itself is developed on the basis of the Ethereum blockchain, which makes it public and easy to use around the world. Its main task will be to provide the three most basic services. The first is the provision of consumer rights, the second is the payment of advertising itself and the third is the promotion by means of contests and promotions of any users in the *AQER* system. 

A total of 55 million coins will be issued for the life of the project. Of these, 35 million will be allocated for private sale, while the remaining 20 million will be evenly distributed for public and pre-sale coins. If we talk about the value of the coins themselves, it will vary depending on the round of sales, ranging from 0,20 EUR per 1 AQER, ending with 0,50 EUR per 1 AQER.

# Conclusion

If we talk about the General concept of AQER, it is very interesting, especially since it was developed in Switzerland.
