Воду треба пити постійно, особливо коли навантажений колінні суглоби. Якщо ви ходите, біжите, їдете на велосипеді - треба постійно маленькими порціями пити воду. Не дарма придумали гідратор.</td>

В поїзді я нарешті зміг трошки відпочити і приїхати додому повним енергією гір! Але, десь через тиждень я знову почну сумувати за хребтами, лісом і плонинам ... Тиждень можна перетерпіти, але потім наступають "ломки" і я обов'язково знову буду десь в горах. Це хвороба ... Але, дуже приємна ...;-)</td>
