Thursday Macro photography: Sambucus berries (elderberries)
This is my entry in the Macrophotography Photo Contest initiated by @juliank and @photocontests.

The photo is made last summer. Berries are only formed and greens.

Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) - one of the most famous and most destructive people of shrub crops. Eagle black is very easy to reproduce, including with the help of birds that scatter its seeds, so it is considered to be predominantly a weedy plant.

Ці ягоди лише починають формуватись і ще не достигли. Плоди мають характерний солодко-кислий смак і своєрідний аромат. У свіжому вигляді вони не їстівні. Але зібрані в стадії повної стиглості використовуються для технічної переробки (виробництво вин, наливок, лікерів, варення, желе, мусів, киселів, чайно-кавових сурогатів, спирту, начинок для цукерок і пирогів).

These berries are only beginning to form and have not yet reached. These berries are only beginning to form and have not yet reached. The fruits have a characteristic sweet-sour taste and a peculiar aroma. In fresh form they are not edible. But collected in the stage of full ripeness are used for technical processing (production of wines, liquors, liqueurs, jam, jelly, musk, jelly, tea and coffee surrogates, alcohol, fillings for sweets and pies). Condensed juice tint red wines. For the preparation of food products, elderies are better to mix with other wild and cultured fruits.

Thanks shady for the elaboration, I quite understand that there are lots of berries but to be honest I dont know must of them other than those I bouth from the supermarket , strawberries, blue berries lol by the way I wish you good luck. cheers
