My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2019

It was a dull day here, so I'm using some of my old photos of Portreath.  My calf muscle strain was a bit better today but not 100%, so my steps took longer.  Hope it's back to normal tomorrow.

There's a storm tonight with winds gusting to 70 mph.  Portreath won't look as calm as it does in these photos.
