Tea ceremonies are a traditional experience that allow a little immersion into the Japanese culture that many are curious about. The informal setting of this particular tea gathering was the perfect way to ease into a light afternoon of tea and minimal snacks. 

Aside from brewing green tea and enjoying the interactions that came with the event, there were subtle details that one could notice as the ceremony progressed.
