Will EOS be too late on the market of transaction free blockchains?

# As we can see the rise
of Ripple, Cardano, IOTA and so on I ask myself if EOS might be too late to become a market leader. BTS, STEEM and other projects of the Larimer origin never had the love of the majority of the cryptospace.
As much as I like the philosophy of Larimer code there is something which keeps people from using his software.

It could be the unsympathetic user-base which is unhelpful and egoistic. It could be something else. All I know is that I have the feeling that many people don't like it because of that.

Ethereum is much more popular and we all saw and see that technical advantage such as with BTS isn't what the majority wants. They like to get their passwords back once they lose them. They want to hold someone reliable once things go south.

Then there is the fact that Larimer is from the USA with their crazy standpoints on gun control. The country with large amounts of shootings and half of the population on anti-depressants.

Europe is much more attractive and they do not have the lunatic situation of the USA.

OK, I failed in writing something useful. Or didn't I? Why would STEEM and BTS be so unsuccessful compared to Ethereum? People decide from their feelings and everyone knows that Stan worked for the military industrial complex making drone technology which likely killed a lot of people.

The only negative thing they say about Buterin is that his father is a banker which is - for the majority of todays crypto-enthusiasts - rather a plus than anything negative. The times when anarchy and drug loving users dominated Bitcoin are over.

I dont think that we Europeans have a problem with @dan or even his philosophy - after all "deutsch" is a popular tag on Steemit. However I think there is a problem with the "core user base" that you mentioned and their philosophies.

I once read Laimer say that we can "fork out the whales", I still wonder what he means by that.

Core user base, yes. Highly unatractive! Nobody likes these kind of people. Did you see that none of the big fish is actively participating on Steemit? The philosophy of Dan to be transparent - i am also here with my real name - has been excavated. It is a playfield for assholes who are just using his tech to make profit, bully others and so on.
Edit: We don't have a problem with Dan it's true. I think he left Steemit because he saw how sleek and wishy-washy the people are there.

Jup, I also have an introduce yourself with clear name, because I think Steemit works best if you put the reputation of your actual identity on the line.
