A short post about the next opera my orchestra is doing. We are still in the practice period for the next few days. 

We are doing "Il Trovatore" by Giuseppe Verdi. 
I can say that its a "nice" opera but i mostly just read notes so i dont go deep into the details of the story. haha. Sry.
But heres what wikipedia says:

>l trovatore (pronounced [il trovaˈtoːre]; Italian for "The Troubadour") is an opera in four acts by Giuseppe Verdi to an Italian libretto largely written by Salvadore Cammarano, based on the play El trovador (1836) by Antonio García Gutiérrez. It was Gutiérrez's most successful play, one which Verdi scholar Julian Budden describes as "a high flown, sprawling melodrama flamboyantly defiant of the Aristotelian unities, packed with all manner of fantastic and bizarre incident."

I can say its going fairly well so far, so i think we will be ready to deliver a "spectacle". hehe.
Well, not a spectacle but i think it will be pretty enjoyable for the crowd.. 

The premiere is on saturday, 10.11 so if any of you SteemFest goers are in the vicinity you can drop by and say hi. _(Krakow isnt that far from Split. Only 10 or so hours by car. :) )_

Ill get you a discount on the tickets but you have to throw some roses under the stage because you will like our playing so much.. 
Who cares about the actors. They get all the praise anyways. :D
