Before you get all judgemental about size, shape and form, know that most of these models are either products of multiple plastic surgeries or photo shop!. You don't have to change your body, or alter your genetic makeup just to please people, boyfriend, peers, club etc. Am a size 12 but people still complain that I've put on too much weight!, what am I supposed to look like?, a crustacean??? it's crazy!. Some people are born having almost a perfect hourglass figure. It's good to exercise and keep fit, am not against that. But learn to love and appreciate your body. Whoever is loving you cos of your shape will still want more and can you keep up? What happens when you start advancing in age? Regrets? Will you be happy with the choices you made for someone who isn't by your side anymore? Don't ever feel like your ugly, or fat or not good enough. You have to be confident about your self, about your body. You've got to have a positive attitude about your self in all. Stop feeling like you can't wear certain clothes or go to certain places.
