Burger Time.....

# Good evening my friends....

***Well good old Ray started this one off a few days ago and then Captain Damus followed it up with a beauty yesterday.***

## So today was my day for the badass burger.....

I had a full slate today after completing an install yesterday. Several supply houses to get materials for the next job and then two evening estimates.

One of my estimates was in a very afluant area, which is a New York City commuter town. It has a train station with a direct line into Penn Station in the city. Well it also has a very diverse and eclectic food selection as well.

While I usually stop and get Thai or Greek food when I’m in the area, today all I was thinking about were those burger Ray and Damus posted.

So I stopped at a place which hands down has one of my favorite burgers ever. This is their signature burger called “The One And Only”.

Its two 1/3 pound burgers made from hand ground hanger steak. If you’ve never had hanger steak it’s the most tender and flavorful beef you will ever have. Old school butchers that used to break down the sides of beef would save it for themselves.

The burger comes topped with three different cheeses, smoked Gouda, cave aged cheddar, and Swiss. It also has four strips of thick cut on premise smoked bacon.

This burger comes with hand cut fries, and beer battered onion rings both done to order.

The burger is a little pricey, but well worth a splurge now and then. For the burger and a pint of Bass Ake was $21.49. But dam it was worth it.
