Silver Porn Saturday Evening Edition.....🤣🤣🤣

# Evening everyone....<br>

Been a little busy today, so this is a late edition of #silverpornsaturday.

Yesterday one of our community members posted about a piece from the Draper Mint. They didn’t have much information on it, so I thought I’d shed a little light on the subject aside from show off some silver porn.<br>

The Draper Mint was founded in 1960 by Loyd Hewitt in Draper, Utah. They were affiliated with several mints. Rocky Mountain Mint, KINGSMEN SILVER, and also enjoyed an affiliation with Handy & Harman.

Swiss of America was their main round, which came in several different designs and sizes. They made a standard 39mm round and a 25mm round which is roughly the size of a quarter, but is over 3/8” thick. Which is the one I am about to share with you. 

None of the pieces from the Draper Mint had a mintage of over 25,000. While there is no definitive mintage they are sure this is accurate.

Here is a 25mm Swiss of America round better known as a “ROLO”.<br>

There you go!!! A beautiful Swiss of America rolo!!! Don't you just love the chunkiness of that silver! The first rolo I ever encountered is the Swiss of America round. They have quite a following, that foundries and mints have started of have rolos of their own. I love the rolos that I have!
