The property boasts its curved windows which offer an endless amount of gorgeous views of ones living local countryside.
But still with that the buyer is said to get plenty of privacy as the home is tucked away behind security gates overlooking the areas greenbelt.
But will they really? With those walls I wonder...

Cheryl is said to be really very keen to move on from the property as it seems shes already set up home with Liam Payne and their baby.
Some say shes trying to shift the old property as she shared it with her former husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.

The mansion is up for sale for £5 million but now its said just in case it doesn't sell she has put it up for rent as well.

To rent Cheryls Hertfordshire Mansion you can expect to lay down a impressive £19,000 per month...

Clearly it seems Cheryl keen to get it off her hands as quickly as possible??
Some may know and point out that she only put it up for sale back in March.

Cheryls Hertfordshire Mansion contains six bedrooms including a featured circular master bedroom a hot tub on the roof terrace, nice.

There's also an expressive wine cellar, a lovely sized screening room, a modern private workout gym, a very simple yet luxury styled indoor swimming pool.
Which also includes changing rooms and plus my favorite a steam room.

Many say Cheryl as had plenty of experience on selling property having already sold the home she once shared with Ashley Cole and Fernandez Versini last year, how many more luxury properties to go...

Anyway as a second owner to the property you shouldn't have to pay the premium on a brand new home.
Which leads to the question.

### But is it worth it?
Well at £5 million it's a pretty big price tag obviously especially when you think that actually the average for the area is more like around £1 million.
Its been reported that there are another five bedroom houses that are very nearby for less than £2 million.

However the argument is it's the same amount that she paid for around two years ago and to no surprise here but the prices have been rising rapidly in the local area.
So its said it doesn't seem over priced for someone interested on a striking a modern type property with all the flash of a millionaire lifestyle.
With all that said many say outside the house is quite ugly and is it really worth 5 million or is it because of her name?
Some of it may look like it was built for the B&Q advert and I am not sure those pallet type walls offer much privacy or security but still regardless I wouldn't mind spending a night or two without the price tag obviously.
