Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 23/11/2021.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 5 years.
If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 23/11/2021.

### Having reached Quintuple Dolphin we are of course now wanting to head towards reaching the big 30k mark, to help us get started in the best way possible please leave us your upvote below. By doing this it helps not just me but you also, this is because I have never powered down once since I began here on Steemit 5 years ago and so keeping Steem's value where it is and possibly pushing it even higher in the future. November began initially cold which was expected but a week later it got pleasant, unfortunately it's now been very cold again. The other night I finally got the chance to tell my friend about the shutdown at work from the teenager who got stabbed over an e-scooter. And like everybody else who I shared this story with he was horrified. As for today I was in work for the very early shift, I didn't sleep well, I normally don't as I guess the worry of having to get up so early and already how little sleep I get seems to keep me up even longer. But it's not only that I think it's also because I try to sleep earlier than what I'm used too and so the body does not want to rest yet. Regardless of my lack of sleep i had alot more energy than I expected, and thank goodness too as while things started ok initially my boss later decided to give me 5 different jobs in one go and it's honestly just no possible to handle all these jobs and than he comes in with the unwanted useless comments and digs. The past few day's he's making it obvious how it seems to be one rule for others but another for me, while it's not always the case it does seem obvious he tries to be a jerk with me more often. I think at one point today he might of even realised he was pushing it too far and started acting a little nicer towards the end. What he seems to forget is I done him a favour by coming for the extra early this morning so really he should of been nicer. Well I did say yesterday he was a nightmare on these mornings but I still thought it would of been a slightly easier shift it was indeed a very tough one just because my boss stresses over everything. Had the same new guy in from yesterday who was causing so much chaos which I found mostly hilarious even if it meant I needed to do some extra work to fix things, it was funny to see the superiors stressing up about him but today he seemed to be on track. Funny how things work, like the other day it was strange how it was only a few days ago that I was thinking about a "Christmas Work Party" and the following shift went I got in one of the guys wanted to know if he was good to put my name down on the list for going. When I was thinking about it prior I told myself that I wasn't going this year as there isn't really much of a reason for me to go this time plus on the last one everybody left abruptly. I told the guy I would let him know, but actually I should of just said no. Later I spoke to one of the girls about it to find out if she was going, but like me she had the same feeling that it just wasn't going to be great as all the fun people have left which she told me were not allowed to come because our boss as made it strictly only for those who currently work there who can attend. Not only that but she said that there will probably be another party organised by herself where everybody is invited, both those from past and present and so if that does happen I will probably go to that one instead. I should of told the guy writing the names to cross my name off the list today when I saw him. My boss returned to work last week from he's time off putting a downer on most of us still if anything I'm surprised by how much time he's taken off lately, something doesn't seem right but for all I care he can take as much time off as he likes, nobody wants him there. When I was off the other day I mentioned that I had no heard anything from my friend about going shopping to which I was slightly relieved as I really wanted to rest. But I learnt the following day this was because they were sick and believe it to be the covids. This is a person who as had all vaccines so if they got covids it wouldn't surprise me at all as the vaccines seem to be useless and pointless. As for the Christmas gifts I wanted to go after work the other day to look around but being there all day I just really wanted to get home to rest. I'm thinking of perhaps going this week or the next one as I should have some easier shifts. It's just I must remember to get this done soon as I don't want to leave it too late. As for the progress on fitness, I feel I lost about %70 of the weight put on by the lockdowns and so have continued to try to shed it off with tracking my step count per-day and doing small daily workouts. I started all this back in mid April and continued until the beginning of October as my work schedule makes it too difficult now for me to continue. This is unfortunate as it's when I started trying the "hit" way, but with all this extra work lately I come to the conclusion that for now I might just have to put it on hold until New Year is over, hopefully by then I should be working less. I will of course still try and see if I can get any workouts in. As for steps we started the week badly and so having reached a total today of 42k steps, out of the 105k weekly target, but with some decent shifts still to come we could hit target still.

We reached "π¬π¬QuinTUBLE DOLPHINπ¬π¬" on November 7th which means our collective STEEM POWER is now over πͺ25000 SP!! There are around 500 Quintuple Dolphin accounts now and if you remember the previous numbers this means that the actual number of Dolphin accounts as been growing since my journey began between 20k to 25k, this is great news and I guess obvious as the price of Steem as indeed risen since then. So all together we hold around 12mil Steem, you joining us or what? Of course from here we will continue to collect and lock-up even more STEEM! My goal π is to now reach 30.000 SPπ, hopefully by the end of June 2022. And so I want to thank everybody who does vote in and for their kind support. I have now been on here for over 5 years and never powered downβοΈ not once!! π«, I also continue to invest into STEEM with small quantities using my own fiat currencyβοΈ, your votes can help with this also. This essentially means that your votes are safe with me and help to retain STEEM's value, and since now being a "Top 300 Steem-Power Holder" it's beginning to count.
