Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 7/6/2021.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for now over 4 years.
If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average daily STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 7/6/2021.

### We in June now the half way mark towards 2022 and so far I'm happy to see that the weather as not only been decent but more often being hot. Yup finally, we had nearly 2 weeks of pleasant weather and a few hot days in-between, we recently had 2 days of mostly being cloudy with some rain but now it's very warm again. Since one of my superiors as left the company I have worked less volatile shifts and I'm really enjoying it this way, I can't even express how much it improves many things for me with my day to day life. Today I worked and since yesterday when I arrived to work I was very shocked to see my boss as he never works Sundays and so I knew yet again he would be in even if one of the superiors had now returned from work. As I passed my bosses office I could see the other superior had returned and was in there getting her 1 week update of what's been happening since she left. It always makes me laugh as they always look so bored listening to my boss and honestly I can't comprehend why would need these long briefing for only being off 1 week, it's so ridiculous. Because 2 superiors are off my boss as been steeping in more, what's ridiculous "yes another thing" is that he allowed for two superiors nearly 3 to be off at around the same time, I know dam well he would never allow this with us so it's kind of odd they couldn't separate their time off more since there is alot less of them. When I started today there was a ton of work to catch up with from yesterday and guess who is the main person to sort it all out yup me, so it was rather busy for me today. Yesterday near the beginning of my shift I received a call from one of the superiors who wanted me to stay for the day, I refused, I think partly this had to do with my boss being in and not wanting the hassle of probably having to deal with him later, I was expecting the same today as they already asked others to step in and stay luckily I think I got enough done to not need extras. After work I have been taking the longer way home and I have been surprised by how quiet it's been out lately, but a friend told me it was probably because the kids were off school and yes today in the morning they were all about by the bucket loads. I noticed that some beautiful red flowers had sprung from the ground since they had been away and yup what do they do on the first day back? Yup I saw kids ripping the flowers up giving them to each other and then throwing them at each other..what a waste. I guess that explains why it had been pleasant lately. But today I had to do some shopping to buy a few things for the items I had brought recently. As with these lockdowns regardless of still working during them I noticed some personal weight gain, and so I have continued to try and shed some of the weight off with small daily workouts and step counting. I will continue to do so until either work get's too hectic again or when everything opens up, which is unfortunately around the same time of both these things. I was pleased to finally notice some of the weight shifting at the beginning of May, still there is a long way to go. I have so far taken a 2 day break from the workouts as the previous time I felt I might of needed some recovery time, today I tried a workout but it was too hot I might try doing a better one later. As or steps it's a little weaker then the previous 2 weeks but so far we have total of 35k out of the 112k target. As for buying the fan I mention previously I guess today was a good example of when it could of been usual so I'm considering to make my next buy the fan regardless of upcoming rain I should still consider buying it soon to perhaps help on other warm days to come. As for the results of the online scammer I did receive the so called replacements, I'm pretty sure he is lying and never sent out the items in the first place, all I can say is I'm happy the items had arrived in the end and when out to buy the rest of the gear needed. There is also good news that the oven I had my eye on as finally been ordered as for months I have been trying to get this thing, but we all know that because of covid there was actually many many things that were becoming very difficult to get hold of and so couldn't believe when I tried the oven and it's been approved to be delivered to me, I received a text from the company saying my order as been approved.

### As for Tron I started by learning some of the basics, I then looked into "Tron Stacking" and done a few votes with my frozen Tron and after a few days I went back to check on these votes. I noticed that I had successfully earned a little Tron, well a whole $0.01 lol. I tried again and made $0.09 worth of Tron, I recently checked again and it done a nice jump as I now made $0.22 Tron. I hope to reach gains of $0.30 soon and so will see if I can get hold of more Tron so that I can upvote again and increase my Tron earnings.
### For the moment I will watch Steem as it's started to fall again meaning if it does go down low enough I will try and buy a bigger amount, not long ago we saw Steem hit $1.30+ for a 2nd time this year. Perhaps we wont see Steem fall back to $0.16 this year and so could this mean time is running out for the gathering of cheap Steem? Many thought Steem would hit $1.00 by June but actually on March 30th we hit $1.00 already, we experienced a fall after but there was some good recovery and so we beat the record again for the year. In April we took another hit a larger one, there as been some recovery and Steem held above $1.00, but falling a 3rd time after hitting 1.00+. The prediction from many on here is that Steem will hit $3.50 for August, we are now seeing some recovery but with Bitcoins falling.. will Steem bounce back? Since the price as gone down I have at least been earning more Steem and that is exciting for when the price does go back up. Also the Steemit Crypto Academy is now on it's 2nd season and as really gained some momentum after it's break as many people have continued joining in for their weekly updates and doing all the "homework tasks". Did you know you are actually allowed to follow as many of the courses as you want? Which you could be rewarded for by taking part in with upvotes from the steemcurator01 or steemcurator02 accounts. You can go here [**Steemit Academy**](https://steemit.com/hive-108451/@steemitblog/steemit-crypto-academy-weekly-update-16-may-31st-2021) to learn who are the professors and some of the new rules, as the Academy is basically one of the most educative programs running on Steemit with professors on different topics within the cryptoverse. Please be aware there will be a 2 week break before Season 3 starts with new rules, steemcurator02 and steemcurator01 will announce these so please read them before jumping into Season 3. There continues to be alot of complaints about the 150 SP requirement and while I realise this can be difficult to obtain when first starting out please know that the more SP you save there easier it gets to earn even more SP, and by doing this activity it actually literally helps every single person on the whole Steemit platform. So I don't think the rule is unfair as many are constantly powering down, you actually earn more in the long run by saving it.

### πWe saw in April STEEM almost reached $1.45 but unfortunately even with the insane π°$35000 Bitcoin prices and Doge coins shooting UP yep... STEEM as continued to not yet move much, which is a shame as people should be investing into this great coin as you can do so much more with it. So far Bitcoins seems to continue on it's way down I did consider buying some around here but might wait a little longer to see if it dips even more. But when was the last time you saw Steem at $1.00!? Well it was the downfall back in Sept 2018, yeah that's a long time to wait to see those kind of heights again. The lowest Steem price this year as been $0.15 and the highest $1.43 which broke this years record on April 11th, the previous record for the year was on April 2th at $1.38. It would be nice to see if this year Steem can at least hold above $0.17 for most of 2021, so far it's going well. Still this brings opportunity as it's a good price to "power-up" your account, I don't say this as a way to improve your financial situation but rather to enjoy the benefits of having Steem, like speeding up your account's Steem accumulation or how much Tron you gain plus other general tasks within the blockchain etc.

We reached "π¬π¬QUAD DOLPHINπ¬π¬" on May 2th which means our collective STEEM POWER is now over πͺ20000 SP!! There are around 486 Quad Dolphin accounts, and all together we hold like nearly 10mil, you going to join us or what? We will of course continue to collect and lock-up even more STEEM! My goal π is to now reach 25.000 SPπ, hopefully by Christmas 2021. And so I want to thank everybody who does vote in and for their kind support. ### βΊ The covid19 madness continues with us slowly coming out of lockdown as the government continues with it's roadmap for opening-up all sectors at the end of this monthπ. But there are warnings of possible delays to this happening " Wow what a surprise..!". The government often stated we have done well listening to their rules for staying indoors but for months βΊ I have seen people out everywhere, it made headlines in the papers many times to which I wondered if this would affect when we are to FULLY open in June, apparently not π€·ββοΈ but this new covid variant βΊ just might. The government did say that there will be no more lockdowns π and that we must treat the covid virus like a common flu, which doesn't surprise me as people who had it "who I know personally" said it was like having the flu but it seems that "no more lockdowns" might not happen.. The mass vaccination process continues.. it's said that now more than 60 million had their first jab and those 25 to 35 are now to get theirs done, interestingly it's been reported that those between 30 and 40 are the least interested group so far in getting the vaccine. βΊ With the "possible" complete end of lockdown approaching there are arguments on whether or not it should still be a requirement to wear masks. Yet it seems the kids will get a free pass on the issue, but there are certain schools who are fighting to keep children wearing masks. The government wants to give employers powers to sack staff who refuse to be vaccinated, which I don't see how that is giving people a choice..π€·ββοΈ? The most effective vaccine was said to be around %95 effective but it's also been reported to be far less but apparently its common knowledge now that the vaccine doesn't stop you from getting covid it just stops you from a possible death "maybe". βΊ And so they keep pushing for people to take the jab and perhaps many more jabs for all the different variants, plus a top up yearly one. How will our bodies react to so much of this stuff being pumped into us I wonder? These companies are rolling in our moneyπ. Remember when they firstly said this was a "cure".. scientists have already told us even with the vaccine you can still catch covid and you can still pass it on to others, seems people are finally learning that. I have been told by friends who's parents had their jabs done that even the nurses will tell you that this "doesn't mean your fully protected". It did seem very rushed and why aren't we doing this for all the other thing's that are killing even more people? I saw a graph published from a paper news site that for once showed us the number of people who recovered from covid and it basically indicated there is mostly a %97 chance of survival in most places, and as for the deaths if you took the number of people who normally die from other things, the covid numbers were indeed strangely similar to those, and so I guess it could be possible that they were replacing the cause of death from other things to covid. The vaccine minister wanted people to take the vaccine or get shut out from society, meaning you wouldn't be able to buy food, attend a school, watch movies at the cinema or travel anywhere, to which I then don't see how exactly this would be giving the public a choice?π€·ββοΈ He changed his mind about that statement but basically news back in April confirmed that they were going ahead with this plan, but because of the severe backlash from the idea it might only be a "temporary plan" used for bigger events, yeah funny how that works... So perhaps still in the pipeworks as Mr Bill Gates is said to be working on the technological system for a vaccination type passport, I also I heard the divorce that Bill is having isn't a friendly one. There was news that after opening that any clothing stores would require you to have a "Covid Green Pass" to enter, we received another update that within country "at least for now" once again "Covid Passes" will not be used, but it's said businesses are free to request them if they want. There is also much going on with the covid virus in India as it's been causing havoc and apparently spreading to many other countries, hope the people there can find the resources and strength to pull through it. I have worked all during this crisis as our company used a loophole within the system to keep us all working despite our government stating that all non-essential work places must shut-down, I was annoyed by this as I could of done with some time off. I just hope that by the end of June I wont have to talk much more about covid but my hopes are not too high on that happening just yet...
