Dear Steemit Diary this is entry #49 for the Steemit Diary game Season 2, my alarm is set for 7.00 AM as I find this time to be working well for my schedule, today I got up for 8.20 AM which is around 40 mins later than yesterday.

It's a little disappointing this late wake-up time but it's no big deal as start work later than usual today.

I started by logging into Steemit and doing my daily online tasks, and like I said since I was starting work for later today it gave me plenty of time to get my tasks done but I was disappointed I didn't get time for many extra's.

I then went down to have some breakfast I checked again my cat to see if she was still feeling sick but I think she might be back to her normal self now.
As for breakfast this morning I had slices of toast with butter I also had company this time, it's actually been a long time now since I had Ryan sit next to me while I have my breakfast.
And so I snapped a picture of him and I believe he as joined me this morning for the reason that the other cat took over he's space in the kitchen, I wonder if now this will a new regular daily thing for a while.

After breakfast I took sometime to do some "present research" basically October is coming and while I used to love this time of year I really started to hate it a few years back.
There are many reason's, this is when the cold starts, it's when I start to work more hours, it's when it get's busier and more stressful at work, it's when many of my friends decide they want to start having parties they had all summer to do it but no they want to do it when it get's cold, windy, rainy and just horrible weather, and lastly it's when everybody starts having birthday's.

It's the birthday's that cause also alot of stress, as getting the gift's and card's on time can be a struggle while juggling work and all the others things that need to be done, and so since I have a blank mind right on what to buy I spent my time looking at some items and prices in hopes of starting this early.

I think I was relatively successful at finding what I wanted and so I was in hope that tonight after work going into the shop's and making a start on it, well atleast for the minimum of things like birthday cards and gift bags.

With that plan in mind I changed for work I got my things and left the house, once outside it was obviously noticeable that it was raining but only slightly.

Well I believe I missed some out it earlier, but strangely you could still see that the sun was shinning brightly, there was a light breeze in the air which actually made it feel slightly chilly.

Once I got into work I was very glad to see I was doing the tasks I enjoy, the superiors today were not really anywhere to be seen and the work load was very minimal so it was a very pleasant day at work.

Now while I did have plans to go prep shopping for the coming birthday's once work was finished to atleast make a start I received some text messages in which I had to make some calls after work and so it means I instead went home.

I made about half of the calls needed by the time I got home but once I was done with those I got on with making dinner, for tonight we had turkey stake with potatoes and broccoli.

After dinner I done a few chores then went upstairs to write the Steemit diary post I then got distracted looking at some future game ideas and so went to bed later than usual.
