L. olive oil 1 tbsp. L. Wine vinegar ### Cooking method - Pepper to clean, fry whole in a frying pan to a ruddy crust. Then cover the pepper with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. - Grind garlic and parsley, add olive oil, salt, pepper. Mix. - At the bottom of a deep plate put our pepper layers, then a layer of greens with butter, then again pepper and again sauce.
