재택 근무 무한 연기 중

안녕하세요. 아마군(@skuld2000) 입니다.

코로나 사태로 2월 25일 부터 시작했던 재택 근무가 1~2주 단위로 계속 연장되어 왔는데요.
7월 내 정상 출근 예정 이라는 공지도 있었고 최근 서울 경기 지역 감염 사례도 진정되는 데다 경영진에서 다음 주 부터는 정상 출근 추진 중이라는 소문이 여기저기서 들려왔었는데 또다시 예상을 깨고 7월 말까지 2주 연장 공지가 나왔습니다.
무려 5달 이상을 재택 근무를 하게 되다니..이러다 자리에 버섯 피는 거 아닌가 싶네요.
사실 요즘은 재택에 필요한 인프라가 잘갖춰져 있어서 회사나 집이나 생산성 측면에서는 큰 차이를 못느끼긴 합니다만 문제는 사람이죠.ㅋ
재택이 길어지다 보니 초심을 잃고 자꾸 농땡이도 치도 안바쁜 타이밍에는 놀러도 가고.. 흠흠...
게다가 집안일은 제 독차지..ㅜㅜ
암튼 더운 시기에 출퇴근 걱정없이 쾌적하게 집에서 일하다보니 직원들 만족도는 상당히 높은 듯 합니다.
코로나에 대한 우려도 덜수 있고 말이죠.
첨엔 빨리 출근하고 싶었는데 요즘엔 여기에 적응 되니 여름 끝날 때까지 재택 했음 좋겠다 싶기도 하네요.ㅋㅋㅋ
