### Morning
I was reading this article in paper that if you write diary or document your everyday routine. You are less likely to have dementia in later stages of life. Pretty interesting research. It also said, try to write and remember positive things about your life. This would help not losing your memory. So another day I woke up and spent a lot of time reading the newspaper. 

I came out checking the new stuff that is coming in the apartment like they are doing the MNGL gas pipeline. They did the work in 2 months. And I am guessing we all are going to get connection. I don't own the flat and it;s decision of my flat owner. I dont want gas for myself so I didn't said anything. I went out for the breakfast and also took some time riding the bike around lanes. 

### Afternoon
The amount of the work in the microsoft team is continue to increase. I need lot more hours on the clock to get the work done. I went to the hanuman mandir in the afternoon and put the sankrants revadi and other stuff as prasad. I think I have been celebrating most of my festivals with the lord hanuman since last year or so. It's been peaceful at mind and heart that way. 

I also went out for the food during the lunch. It has been pretty good so far with the routine. And I have completed some of my tasks. And it has definitely helped me on staying up with the pending and scheduled stuff in the microsoft team. I may also have to take some time off later. 

### Evening
No new progress on the book. However while working on some of the projects from office. I am listening to the YouTube lectures. And it is definitely helping out for the mind. I think this can be pretty good as I don't feel alone that way in the flat too. 

I have spent like hour or so and noticed that I even crossed the 5 USD in the noise.cash. It is also coming directly in wallet of BCH. So unlike steemit, here efforts are less and also you get paid pretty quickly. Now the question is I need to find the people who can help me exchange the BCH for the INR. 


That being said, work has been going pretty good so far. 

It's getting late now.
