We are conditioned to believe that 8-5 jobs can make us successful. While it is true for other people, in most cases, it's not.

You will try to find a better paying job hoping that it can be your ticket to financial success but you will always end up wanting for MORE. So the rat race continues.

You don't have to quit your stable job and create some business instantly. That's not the point here. But you have to spend at least 2 hours daily to work on something that would benefit you for longterm.

Learn a business, write a book, make some vlogs, etc. Do what you're passionate about but make sure you can monetize it in the long run while STILL keeping your stable job.

And when you're ready, then that must be the time to leave and enjoy your time and financial freedom.
