They want to use surgeries and the most expensive band aids instead of applying a simple compress to stop the bleeding. It's not just whales who engage in this type of abuse of the flagging system. Stopping this abuse and allowing publication under the fair use doctrine of main stream media material will spur new growth of the platform.
