Dusty Memory: November 25 2019
Urrrgh I have forgotten to upload my steps a few days now and that seems to a routine thing these days. Not the actifit, but forgetting. I will go to make coffee but forget to take my mug then go to fetch it and forget I wanted to make coffee.

Many things happen that way. Like standing outside cause I think I wanted to go for a smoke but I am not sure then I go back in and realise I wanted to go to the bathrooms.
