No matter whom you are whether you are Mike Tyson,  Serena Williams  or the greatest  of all time in your area of specialization who is fortunate , there will definitely be a particular stage in your life that thing won't work and a come back may likely  be needed,  anybody can make a comeback in life if he or she really want to.Though it is not easy, agreed but if you can make a plan addressing your past mistakes and  go after the life you want, then definitely  you will become what you desire you want to become  against all odds. 
The tip is, never let anyone who berates you or that never believe in you to get you down, even when you doubt, always remember that everyone can make a comeback.
When things don't seems right, here are some come back plan you should sit-down, relax and draft:

1.**Confront and learn from what went wrong  :**

Note and write them out, lay them in front of you possibly in black and white, you don't need excuses, be honest about what happened, maybe it is your fault or not, although  not everything that went wrong in your life maybe your fault, sometimes environment determines e.g for a drug addicts and some times it may be because of bad luck but no matter what don't blame yourself for everything or anything that were not in your control, learn to accept  the boots of bad luck so that you can work successfully against them which is better than using them as an excuse for your present situation. 
If it is a bad luck, there are definitely  ways to cushion  the loss ask yourself questions without judging the answers, learn and ask yourself how you can hold your boundaries so what happens won't repeat itself.

2.**Check if there is a need to reconsider your goal:**

You may think this is an extreme  idea but making a comeback plan may held you reconsider your goal and in the direction you want your life to follow **For example :** does university education matters to the career you might be happier with? ,will you be better off as an apprentice? If you feel office work is not the right choice for you then why not change your approach?. Your comeback does not necessarily need to go the same direction as the trial that failed.
*life they say is trial and error/success* which means the failed trial might not be for you because you were passionate about something else,  why not go into that you are passionate about and make those dreams come true. 

3.**Talk to a supportive and loyal friends about your plan:**

Talking to someone about your plan especially those who have endured same situations or who was not part of the situation has been the best, sometimes they may likely  be someone older than you or your senior in another category. Talking it with them especially those that care will definitely make you feel like you can come back in which great advice will be given along the way which will make it more likely that you can achieve it, also it will make you feel you are accountable to them and you may likely not want to let them down which will boost your moral by gearing up to follow through. 

4.**Make some resolution :**

This may likely bring about solution to the problem you are facing and a start of a great comeback. Sometimes flat decision and willpower helps. 
Rearrange hour life to make it easier to keep your resolution, **For example** : for a student that do perform woefully in his or her studies, allocating some evening for studying might help resolve the problem unlike when he or she don't have time to study at all in the past and also in this period schedule for study you  should be determined that all phone or computer that can be a sort of distractions should be kept away or switched off during the studying  session till its over. 
It may not be easy as the new resolution will seems strange but a comeback plan can be build from series of baby step because  incremental changes always lead to success.
