Its time to start and peel back the layers and get to know the manchild behind the SteemPower Investments project. This i "hope" will add some credit to the project and show the integrity of it's owner are operator.

#### Let's read about all the nice things i have to say about myself
My name is @silvertackeruk and i have have been posting on steemit for around 2 years. In that time, i have learned so much, build up lifetime friendships with members and been very active in community projects. If you have seen my username at all in the past, chances are it was connected to the #steemsilvergold stacking community.  

About me, @silverstackeruk. Like i said, i have been on steemit for around 2 year already. I early on got involved with a precious metals staking community called #steemsilvergold. I am a silver stacker at heart and this is what brought me to steemit. I love nothing more than big piles of silver arriving at my house so i can take an hour to unbox it, it could take 3 minutes but i drag it out. I love that precious metals have been around forever, i dont believe silver are gold even in this digital age will be ever be considered a worthless investment. I am also into other investments including share trackers, p2p lending, uk premium bonds, creating passive incomes and of course cryptos.

 A few months after joining #steemsilvergold I was running the membership list, started the community discord server, was hosting community votes and arranged community crypto and masternode buys. I soon got voted in to be a mod which involved helping to run the community upvoting bot (150k SP), being part of the team that brings the Steem silver round to Steemit members every year and helping to arrange and promote 4 community MONSTER RAFFLEs that have brought in more than 6000 SBD's in ticket sales. Of course there are 2 years worth of other things i have been involved with but that's the short of it.

Around 8 months back i started up an upvoting bot service called @steemcryptosicko. This is a delegation > upvote bot service that will exchange members delegated STEEM POWER into a big fat juicy upvote from CryptoSicko everyday based on a 22 hour timer. CryptoSicko currently has 48,000 voting STEEM POWER and earns around 300 STEEM a month in curation rewards. More than 90% of these curation rewards are used to pay of extra off market STEEM POWER lease's, this is the reason i make no money but also the reason all my members enjoy a 152% ROI with this service. The plan for CryptoSicko is to remain (one of) the best delegation>upvote services on steemit in terms of ROI and support and hit 100,000 voting STEEM POWER by year end. There are currently no plans to connect @steemcryptosicko and @spinvest together and this likely to be the only time i post about it. If investors feel need for an upvoting service, it's there i guess.

So right now my commitments within STEEM related projects are i run an upvoting service and i run the backend of 2 other upvoting services, 1 is #steemsilvergold related and the other is a small joint venture with a friend. Im no coder but i learn quickly and get done what needs to be done. I am also holding and maintaining a community smartnode and few thousand dollars worth of crypto's from monthly community buys.

### Why start SteemPower Investments
I have started this SPI project with a few goals in mind, some community related, some personal targets. When i came up with the idea to start a fund based around the idea of leasing STEEM POWER, the plan was to build some sort of nichie investing community and sell shares of the @spinvest wallet and compound down like a mad man until we all got rich. My personal goal was to build something that meant something to people and had a positive effect on steemit. Something better than another upvoting bot service are shit token that has no backing are funding to give it value. I will get personal joy from knowing that i was able to start something amazing for the steemit/steemleo community and by having one of the best tokens on the steem-engine exchange. Right now there are almost steem-engine 400 tokens, how many of them would you invest into? It'll take some time but SteemPower Investments is deffo on the right road and progress so far has been great. Let's keep this going and start thinking like a community.

I will continue to take feedback, promote and build this into one's of steem-engine's best performing tokens. I plan to start the process of turning @spinvest into an Investment Club where SPI tokens holders will have the right to vote and decide where investments should be made, approve changes to the rules, ect ect and register with the tax office to keep everything above board. I have a rough time frame of 3-6 months to complete this as im still learning the ins and outs plus writing up a legal partnership agreement and club rules needs to be done properly. Over the next month i will be putting out community posts and trying to start some interaction between investors to lay the foundation of a community. 
#### Thank you for everyone's support so far. I was afraid of how the community would take to this idea but everything is going very well and the feedback coming in is 95% positive so know this has a chance to turn into something fantastic as it snowballs over the coming months and years. Im into STEEM long term and will be around for years so may as well make some money.
