<div class="text-justify"><b>Saludos comunidad steemers!</b>, hoy compartiré mi opinión sobre la importancia y preservación de los vídeos juegos 🎮 , tomando como referencia  la mítica web llamada <b>EMUPARADISE</b>, desde el año <b>2000</b> se posicionaron entre las webs más buscadas para los usuarios de emuladores, muchos la conocen  y para los que no, fue una de las mejores web  donde se convirtió en referencia mundial a nivel de emulación  y ofrecer  a los usuarios, ROMs, y emuladores de vídeojuegos de sistemas antiguos, para ser jugados en la actualidad en PC, como en dispositivos móviles, donde la mayoría de esos títulos no son comercialmente activos y están des-catalogados.</div>

<center>El fundador de  <b>Emuparadise</b> dejo un <b>[comunicado](https://www.emuparadise.me/emuparadise-changing.php)</b>, también elimino los enlaces de descarga de las <b>ROMs</b> en la página web , no por el mal trabajo realizado durante estos <b>18 años</b>, si no para evitar ser borrado para siempre, porque  la compañía <b>Nintendo</b>  en los últimos meses redoblo sus esfuerzos, donde ha dejado muertos en el camino, como lo son las web <b>LoveRoms</b> y <b>LoveRetro</b> ,tras una demanda en la que exigían un pago de hasta <b>2.000.000</b> de dólares por cada infracción de una marca registrada de <b>Nintendo</b>, además de la distribución de <b>ROMS</b> y emuladores, <b>Nintendo</b> lleva años atacando a los desarrolladores que intentan facilitar que amantes gamers puedan jugar sus juegos antiguos y juegos no oficiales(eso si, mejorando las versiones originales). <div class="text-justify">Es de destacar que, <b>Emuparadise</b> no han mencionado a Nintendo como responsable de su cambio. Pero seamos honestos, Nintendo ha hecho todo lo posible para generar ese ambiente hostil, es curioso, la empresa que más fans tiene, debido a que muchos pudimos probar sus juegos gracias a la emulación, sea la que más ataque por obtener dinero aprovechando la nostalgia de muchos, lanzando sus versiones <b>"Mini"</b> de sus consolas y ofrecer juegos <b>RETROS</b> en sus servicios online pagos.</div>

<div class="text-justify">En los video juegos tenemos el <b>Remake, Retrocompatibilidad y Consolas Virtuales</b>, sin embargo un puñado de los juegos son elegidos para ser redistribuidos y otros no, pero tampoco podemos distribuirlo nosotros por la <b>Ley de Derecho de Autor de EE.UU (copyright)</b>, bajo la cual  muchos títulos están protegidos, la IP es propiedad  exclusiva por 95 años después de ser publicada y 120 años después de ser creadas, <b>este es el problema para la preservación de estas obras.</b></div>

<div class="text-justify">Mientras <b>Nintendo, SEGA, PlayStation</b>  y sus desarrolladores, lamentablemente no  den permiso a que licencias que están en el olvido sean distribuidas y desprotegida por una ley que tiene una longevidad ridícula, la emulación estará en un lado gris o más bien ilegal.</div>

<div class="text-justify">En mejores tiempos compre juegos, los alquilaba y era normal, cuando salía una nueva consola, vendía la que ya  tenía, y así obtenía el nuevo. Al día de hoy es muy difícil conseguir esos juegos  (al menos un precio realista). <b>Mientras la gente continué comprando consolas Mini con 30 ROMs cargadas, las empresas van a seguir queriendo sacar dinero a juegos de hace 30 años.</b></div>

<div class="text-justify"><b>Así que amigos valoren los antiguos juegos por que a medida que las plataformas envejecen, cada vez es más complicado jugar dichos juegos, para mí la emulación de los vídeo juegos nos dio esa oportunidad de jugar títulos que quisimos jugar de mas jóvenes, también para los mas chicos conocer esa nostalgia que nos invade al jugar dichos títulos.</b> La emulación colaboro indirectamente  en las ventas de consolas y publicidad a las compañía de vídeo juegos como <b>Nintendo</b> con el <b>Wii, Wii U, Sony</b> con el <b>PlayStation 2</b> y el  revivido <b>PSP VITA</b>, por citar ejemplos.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>Realmente las páginas que "cerró Nintendo" fue debido a que estaban lucrandose con Roms de su nueva Nintendo Switch, obviamente si tu escribes un libro no te gustaría que otras personas lo copiaran y ganaran dinero de tu esfuerzo.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>Lamentablemente esto alarmó a los dueños de grandes páginas como Emuparadise, prefieren cerrar temporalmente las descargas ya que no tienen esa cantidad tan enorme de dinero si Nintendo llega a demandarles, obviamente porque perderian la contrademanda.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>La parte negativa de esto es que afecta a muchas otras roms que no tienen que ver con la empresa Nintendo, aunque personalmente considero que esto es algo momentáneo, no es la primera vez que Nintendo saca sus garras, a la final siempre termina la guerra a favor de las Roms.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>Yo amo las roms, ya que he podido jugar joyas que jamas e podido tener en físico y es lamentable que esto pase, pero es cuestión de esperar un poco, después que pase la tempestad vendrá la calma.</p></div>

<div class="text-justify"><p>Buen post colega, recuerda usar la etiqueta "videojuegos", con ella busco contenido relacionado a ese fabuloso mundo.</p></div>
