Today I want to share my vegan dal recipe with everyone. This is food very heavy and good for healthy.

<h3>**Ingredients For Dal**</h3>

* 1 cup masoor dal 
* 2 1/2 cups water
* 1 tsp salt 
* 1/4 turmeric 

<h3>**Ingredients For Tadka** (Tempering)</h3>

* 3 tomatoes, diced
* 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
* 1/2 tsp mustard
* 1/8 tsp hing 
* 2 dried chilies
* 2 bay leaves
* 3 green chilies, minced 
* 2 tbsp minced ginger 
* 1/2 tsp red chili powder 
* 1/2 tsp salt 
* 1 tsp sugar 
* 1/2 tsp mango powder 
* 1/4 tsp garam masala
* shado beni or coriander leaf
