Being overwhelmed by fear when things go wrong is a pretty normal experience. However, remaining in that state of fear is unproductive and psychologically dangerous.  Fear would cripple any positive progress we desire to make and eventually dim every sense of expression in our lives.We don't want that if we have to reach our destination.

I can assure you failure isn't a mistake, it's a result. It's actually what we can expect if we don't do things right. So to avoid and totally eradicate failure, we have to get things done consistently. Fear has to disappear, confidence has to replace it in all our activities. See what happens to confident people, they change the world. Even when we do not like them, we respect their ability to face their fears with a straight head and a clear mind.

Take for example Abraham Lincoln, he faced significant adversity during his bid to become president of the United States of America. He lost every election he participated in proceeding the presidential contest but he kept coming back with a strong sense of personal belief and charismatic confidence. There we no television sets at that time, so when the people heard him, they were charmed.

There are so many other examples of great leaders with confidence. It virtually impossible to be a great leader without it. So we need to build our confidence every step of the way. We must not skip or avoid it. It's time to face our fears with a strong heart. When we do that, we would consequently over any and every limitation in our lives. We can do it, yes we can.
