Hi steemians! We are happy to announce this wiki article recent updated about one subject that could interest new users trying to understand the economics of Steem blockchain. Experienced steemians can also refresh the memory about this daring proposal in build a stable currency in a high volatile cryptocurrency world. Take a look if you are interested:

The wiki article was updated by the new participant @jga, who added a subhead about the recent issues with the token designed to be pegged to 1 US$. We also had many other pages created and updated, you can check that just clicking in the [Recent Changes](https://www.steem.center/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges) list.

Along @jga useful and well-timed contribution, all available wiki content are from 12 collaborators - @axorve, @crokkon, @develcuy, @fboccassi, @gazetagaleguia, @igalapagos, @stella87s, @themarkymark, @vitkolesnik and @wagnertamanaha. The user Albert Jr also made wiki editions but we still didn't find his Steemit username, to join the group of participants just include it in the [Steem.center](http://steem.center/) profile. As suggested in the [rules improvements proposal](https://steemit.com/steemcenterwiki/@steemcenterwiki/voluntary-month-collaborators-and-rules-updates-proposal-for-2018), this year we begun upvoting all participant's posts with a voting power of 50% using @steemvoter tool. Welcome all collaborators and thank you very much again! 

We also have many 3 user registrations: @jsantana, @pelephotography and @vempromundo. We hope you could start contributing in the wiki to join the group with the rights to receive STEEM rewards after creating, translating or updating pages in [Steem.center](http://steem.center/) .
