Masala Dosa - Indian Veggie Delight

When it comes veggie popularity and dishes in India, people always prefer to have something heavy yet nutritious. They never opt for a simple salad option rather than look out for a complete meal. I think Veg lover in India is more than Non- Veg.
And one of the popular dishes among all is Masala Dosa.

 Thin crust of Rice paste slowly baked and filled with messed potatoes and cheese cottage. This masala dosa dish is healthy to eat too.  Closely available in every Indian restaurant and a very popular among South Indian, this dish is a great example for and option for veggie lover.

There are many filling option available in every restaurant however the most common being baked and served with messed fried potatoes.

This is made by spreading out the rice paste along the heated iron plate . The paste is spread out like a thin crust that becomes very crispy on baking.

Many a times I visit this small yet delightful cart wheel shop in our location. Always busy with cooking stuff the place is good point for foodie lover. The cartwheel is situated along the roadside and very popular among local people. Serving ata reasonable rate.

This mouth watering veggie delight is served with coconut chutney and masala curry kind of coup. Spicy and simple.
