New feature - Saving Account 新功能 - 存款账户

<p>Someone may already notice that we have a new feature just under STEEM DOLLARS in the wallet page. This feature is very useful for protecting your liquid assets. Below are official explanation.</p>
<p><em>Savings accounts allow you to protect your liquid STEEM and STEEM DOLLARS in the event your account is hacked / stolen. All transfers out of savings accounts have a 72 hour delay during which the sender can notice, recover their account &amp; cancel the transfer.</em></p>
<p>大家应该注意到钱包页面增加了新的功能，SAVINGS。</p>
<p>这个功能对于拥有大量流动资产的账户非常有用，比如有很多的STEEM和SBD。现在在STEEM和SBD的下拉选项里面增加了 ’Transfer to Saving‘ 选项，点击以后可能把资产转移到 Saving账户。 如果需要从Saving账户中转移的话，有72个小时的延时，在这期间，你可以随时取消掉。如果账户被盗，那么就有足够的时间做出应对啦！</p>
