Banned organizations
If a person is a member of a banned organization or claims to be a member, he will be punished with imprisonment for a term of no more than six months, or a fine, or both.
If a person requests or solicits someone to support a banned organization, or supports or conducts a meeting, or talks, to support a banned organization or to speed up and encourage his activities, or he makes a speech, then he will commit a crime.
If a person speaks at a meeting seeking a support for a banned organization or activating his activities, or transmits any information through radio, television or any print or electronic, he will commute an offense.
If a person is convicted of these crimes, he will be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years and for two years, and additional fine will be imposed.
