### You can respond that you are your whole body, but that thing is changing all the time. When you were a child you looked very different than today and still you know it was you, your baby-body-you!

### When you cut off your arm, are you less of who you are?

## What are you
### I know that I'm not my body! My body is a casing that changes with time. Me the spirit/soul is always the same, happy and free. You are the driver of the body, by focus, attention and vibration.

You are analogous to a program executing on a computer. 
In this case  the computer is your brain.
When the computer is shut off...you're dead.

I was into Buddhism a while back so your ideas are familiar. I moved on and am agnostic now. I think when you die that is the end. I do think your mind is who you are. Your body can lose limbs but it doesn't change that unique thing in your mind that makes you who you are.
