The NBA is made up of all the greatest basketball players in the world and the competition is very tight. But in this generation, there are many young players that are already very impressive because in their young age, they play as if they were in their prime. Some of them have already made the All Star team at a very young age, some are becoming franchise game-changers and they keep getting better and better every single night. Oftenly, we observe that a player will reach his prime at the age of 28. But, today we will look at the players under 25 that have already reached their prime.

<h2><center>Ben Simmons, Philadelphia 76ers</center></h2>

The 21 years old Ben Simmons missed his entire rookie season because of an injury, but if you were to see his game now, it wouldn't seem like he just recovered from an injury. He plays fantastic basketball and led his team to become a playoff contender for the first time in over 6 years. He's one of the most impressive young men in the league so far. He looks like the next LeBron James running the point at 6'10 and is clearly the leader of the team. Simmons style of play looks the same as Lebron's. He has a vision of a point guard like LeBron and rebounds the ball like a PF.  All around, Simmons game-play is superb. While leading the rookie of the year race, Simmons is averaging 16.3 PPG, 7.6 APG, 7.6 RPG, 1.7 steals a game, and shooting 53.8% from the field. His long wingspan, athleticism and quickness attributed to his stellar defensive performance. If he can become a great shooter, his game will be complete and he's going to be the best player in the league.

<h2><center>Karl-Anthony Towns, Minnesota Timberwolves</center></h2>

The 22 year-old big man Karl-Anthony towns made an immediate impact on the offensive end for the Minnesota Timberwolves. His dominant low post skills and shooting ability puts him as one of the top big men in the league. He is very consistent and the Timberwolves lets the offense flow through him. His shooting ability also makes him play as a stretch big. His brilliancy on the offensive end doesn't carry over to the counter-end as he makes mistakes quite often on defense. He's only 22, and has an enormous amount of potential. If Towns can improve on his defensive flaws, he can become the best big man in the league. This season, he's averaging 20.5 PPG, 12.2 RPG, 2.4 APG and 2.4 blocks a game.

The 23 years old Joel Embiid struggled at the beginning of his career with injuries. He missed his entire rookie season and he only played a total of 31 games in his second season. Fans criticized him and haters doubted the fact of playing an entire season and being a consistent player, but now he is getting better. He proved that the haters were wrong, he is now playing intelligent basketball on both ends of the floor. He is a consistent scorer and one of the top defenders in the league. Embiid is becoming a fan favorite now due to his amusing and humorous behavior. He's emerging as the best defender in the league and making a run for the defensive player of the year. He's even being compared to the great Hakeem Olajuwon because of his outstanding performance. He is now averaging 23.4 PPG, 10.9 RPG, 3.2 APG, and 1.7 blocks per game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo AKA "The Greek Freak" has made a huge improvement in his game play and he continues to get better everyday. He is putting a lot of work in and especially in his shooting. He works everyday and is trying to become a more consistent shooter. The 23 year old also improved on his defense as well, becoming a major factor at the defensive end for the Bucks. This season, Giannis is averaging 27.1 PPG, 10.1 RPG, 4.7 APG, and 1.5 BPG having a strong case for winning the MVP this season. Even if he doesn't win MVP this season, he has many years to come, as he's not even in his prime. His time will come and he will get his MVP award someday.

Anthony Davis shouldn't be included in this list because last March, he turned 25; but I've decided to include him just for additional information. Davis is one of the most promising big men since he arrived in the league. He had three MVP Caliber seasons early in his career but his injuries slowed him down and his team's lack of success affected his MVP votes. Davis is averaging 28.1 PPG, 11.1 RPG, and 2.5 BPG. He has a PER (Player Efficiency Rating) of 28.90 which is even higher than Lebron's PER. Also, he's guarenteed to become MVP in the future.
