Los Angeles seized their fourth dub of the season with their victory over the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday evening. Garret Richards played in his second game of the 2018 season, and notched his first win as the Angels batters gave him plenty of enough run support. Josh Tomlin had a horrendous outing, giving up 8 ER within a 3 inning time-frame, as he now starts the 2018 season on a bad note.

In the top of the first inning, Jose Ramirez was able to snap his four game hitless streak in notable fashion with a two-run home run; giving the Indians an early 2-0 lead. Los Angeles proceeded to score 13 unanswered, absolutely silencing the Indians team. Mike Trout sent a long blast to one of his favorite homerun positions, deep right center. Renowned Japenese pitcher who has another unusual role on the Angels team, occupying the DH, Shohei Ohtani belted his first career homer and drove in 3 runs.

Shohei Ohtani received the infamous mock cold shower from his teammates following his homer. By the time the Angeles ended the first inning, they had flipped the tables and put a 4 run deficit on the Indians. Justin Upton and Valbuena consecutively scored homers in the third and fourth inning, each of the balls found themselves in deep right center. In the seventh, Simmons and Rivera each notched RBI doubles. To end the evening, Rivera scored a 2 run homer, extending the Angels runs to 13.
