This will be the 154th match between the two. So far, the guests have the advantage as Manchester City has 52 wins and Chelsea has 62 wins, the other 39 games they played, ended in a draw.</center></b>

<center><b>Manchester City is ranked third in the standings holding on to 30 point-goals. But, after 13 rounds, Josep Guardiola's wards are residing in first place in their group. In their last match, they played against Burnley and Manchester had a small problem during the game. First of all, the hosts (Burnley) opened the score quite quickly as Marney scored at the 14th minute. After such a shake-up, Manchester City began to loosen their defense on Burnley, creating a moment where they scored back to back. The goal scored in the 37th minute by Sergio Aguero was a result of the pressure. Although, in the second half, Manchester City's striker scored twice, where the final score ended at 2-1.

Последний свой матч «горожане» провели против Бернли, на выезде и имели небольшие проблемы по ходу игры. Все дело в том, что хозяева открыли счет довольно быстро, на 14 минуте отличился Марни. После такой встряски гости начали методично расшатывать оборону Бернли, создавая раз за разом хорошие моменты для взятия ворот. Результатом такого давления стал гол, забитый на 37 минуте, автор его Серхио Агуэро. Во втором тайме нападающий Манчестер Сити оформил дубль, установив окончательный счет на табло 1-2.</center></em>

<center><b>Luckily, the Championship League leader, Chelsea, is in fantastic shape! Excluding their defeat in the League Cup against West Ham and their last game against Tottenham, Chelsea holds a 7 game winning streak. Like Manchester City, Chelsea has had hard matches with the Spurs. Manchester gave up a goal at the 11-minute marker and they had to push hard to break the unfortunate goal that was given up.  After two precise strikes, later in the first half to the early second half, Chelsea took the lead 2-1.</center></b>

<center><em>Лидер чемпионата, лондонский Челси, на данном этапе, находится в потрясающей форме! Если не считать поражение в кубке Лиги от Вест Хэма, то у Челси уже победная серия из 7 игр. Причем только в последней игре против Тоттенхема прервалась и «сухая» серия «аристократов». Как и Манчестер Сити, Челси пришлось «несладко» в игре против «шпор». Команда пропустила быстрый гол на 11 минуте и пришлось приложить максимум усилий, чтобы переломать ход событий. Два точных удара в конце первого тайма и в начале второго и Челси уже ведет со счетом 2-1. Оставалось лишь довести игру до победного конца, что и сделали хозяева поля.</center></em>

## How to Play

+ Vote on the main post to enter the bet _(main post rewards will also be added to the Stake Pool)_.

**The Stake Pool:**

+ The remaining 75% of the total payout is paid out in 50% Steem Power and 50% in liquid currencies, the latter now varies in payout ratio after the new fork. To make the process less complicated, we have decided to use all paid out SBD to buy Steem in the internal market to create a grand total Steem Stake Pool.

+ 30% of the Stake Pool will be retained, of which 15% will go to the writer/sports presenter of the post, and the 15% balance towards editing, development and advertising.

+ 70% of the Stake Pool will be held until the event/game outcome is determined.

+ Once the winning outcome is determined, we will execute a proprietary developed script that will divide and pay out the Steem rewards equally, using the **Power Up** method, to **Mass Distribute SP** to all participants that voted on the main post as the entrance fee as well as voted on the correct comment representing the winning outcome.

+ Only participants with a Reputation of 35 or more will qualify to earn SP rewards, but non-qualifiers can still vote and comment in support of the redistribution initiative.

+ Entry cut-off time is the earlier of the post-payout or the start of the event.
