We all sit mostly in Steemit, remaining active. Especially as people who are interested in a community like me or spend their hours for a steemit gain, we sit too long.

We wondered how it harms our body as a result of sitting all day and sitting all day. Sitting all day can negatively affect many aspects of your health.

### The Harms of Sitting All Day;

   

### You Can Gain Weight
   
This is a simple math operation; If you sit all day, you will not burn calories while sitting. If you don't burn more calories than you burn, you can gain weight. Therefore, if you sit all day long, especially if you do not eat a healthy diet, you may notice that the number on the scale increases gradually.
Remember, movement is required to burn fat.

### You May Experience Back or Shoulder Pain

   

Sitting all day, especially poor posture, can cause back or shoulder pain. Leaning on your computer screen all day or leaning in an awkward position can make you feel something you don't want in your body. It can have serious consequences.

Some people may find it difficult to get enough sleep if they sit all day. Although quality sleep can be affected by many factors such as screen use, stress and alcohol use, lying down all day may not provide you any benefit. Looking at the electronic environment for too many hours can also make you sleepy.

Moving your body during pregnancy can help you maintain a healthy weight and help you combat negative emotions. It also affects the baby's movements.
