아무래도 이곳에 등록을 해야 할거 같다./ 

지난 5년간 몸을 너무 혹사시킨 게 아니라 
너무 편히 모셔둔 것 같다. 

세 자릿수 몸무게의 충격이 가시지를 않는다. 
멀쩡하던 것들도 이제 모두 이상이 있는 것으로 보인다. 

거울 앞에 선 나 
예전에 내가 아니다. 

떡 벌어진 어깨는 간 곳 없고 
어깨보다 더 불룩해 보이는 허리가 흉물스럽다.
항아리 항아리 하더니 이런 걸 이야기하는구나 싶다. 

젊은 시절 몸매를 찾을 욕심은 없지만 
비만으로 고뇌하는 노년 또한 아닌 듯싶다. 

늙기 전에 건강한 늙음을 준비해야겠다.
