Latest analytical technology developed to gives best resolution of 3 dimensional (3D) sample description. It was designed to determine the fundamental cause of physical failure of modern semiconductors and to also meet up with the challenges of future architectural design of integrated circuit, optoelectronic devices and nano technologies that are just being designed.

This TESCAN S9000X is a further development of the existing TESCAN S8000G Focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy (FIB-SEM). S9000X is much faster than the usual gallium FIBs. S9000X also comes with modification that allow good field view. It design also comes with Next generation Triglavโ„ข UHR SEM column which permit high resolution at low energy. So scientists and engineers can rely on this latest instrument from TESCAN for ultra resolution imagine of nano structure.
