Večera s treskami
Tresky krokety sú veľmi chutným spôsobom, ako jesť túto rybu. Recept pochádza priamo z Lisabonu, čo je typické jedlo pre prsty. Kontrast s ovčím syrom je tiež správny.

Prísady.
Dávka pre 8 osôb:
250 g tresky
250 g zemiakov
2 vajcia
1 polievková lyžica strúhanky
  petržlen
  vypadni
  korenie
100 gramov kozieho syra
  olej zo semien

POSTUP

1) Zemiaky uvaríme, ošúpeme a rozdrvíme.

2)Nasekajte tresku a vložte ju do misky so zemiakmi, jedným vajcom, soľou, korením a petržlenovou vňaťou.
Potom hnette.

3)Teraz pridajte strúhanku a mieste znova.

4)Keď je syr nakrájaný na malé kúsky, vložte ho do stredu malej zmesi.

5)Krokety tvarujte, dajte ich do rozbitého vajíčka a potom do strúhanky

6)Keď je olej v panvici horúci, smažte naraz niekoľko krokiet.
Pri zdvíhaní ich preneste na savý papier.
